Welcome to The AI Wisdom. These terms are the rules for using this website, its prompt library and its parent accounts. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions? Email hello@theaiwisdom.com.

1. What The AI Wisdom is

The AI Wisdom helps parents, students, educators and curious adults use AI intelligently, so that AI supports thinking instead of replacing it. The site offers a library of Socratic prompts you can copy into AI tools, and a roadmap of features we are considering.

2. Accounts

Accounts are for parents and legal guardians aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm that you are one.
Learners do not need an account. The prompt library is free to use without one.
Give accurate information, choose a password you do not use elsewhere, and keep it private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Do not use a child's full name as your username.
You can delete your account at any time from your account menu. See our Privacy Notice for how we handle your information.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put the site or other people at risk.

3. Using the prompt library with AI tools

The prompts are meant to be pasted into third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot. We do not run, control or endorse those tools, and we are not affiliated with their owners. Their names belong to their owners.
Each tool has its own terms, privacy practices and minimum age. Parents and guardians are responsible for checking those rules and for deciding whether and how a child uses a tool.
Please supervise children when they use AI, and do not enter a child's personal details (full name, address, school, phone number, photos) into any AI tool.

4. AI can be wrong

AI tools can give answers that are incorrect, incomplete, biased or unsuitable, even when a prompt asks them to behave in a certain way. We do not guarantee how any AI tool will respond to our prompts or that a prompt will produce any particular learning result. Our prompts are educational aids, not professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace a teacher. Check important facts against trusted sources.

5. Upcoming features and voting

The roadmap shows ideas we are exploring. Features may change, be delayed or never be built, and the numbers beside them are a guide to interest, not a promise. Voting for a feature does not create any right to it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

use the site for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive, or to harass or impersonate anyone;
try to break into, overload, scan or interfere with the site, or bypass its security check;
use bots, scrapers or other automated means to create accounts or collect content;
give false information or use someone else's phone number without their permission.

7. Our content and your use of it

The site's content (including the prompts, text, design, logo and images) belongs to The AI Wisdom or its licensors. You may copy and use the prompts for personal, family and classroom learning. You may not sell the content, republish the library, or present it as your own without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

8. The site is provided "as is"

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change or stop any part of it at any time.

9. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, The AI Wisdom is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, for anything that happens in or because of a third-party AI tool, or for decisions you make based on AI output. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. If a change is significant we will tell you on the site, and we may ask you to accept it again.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law says otherwise.
